The concepts introduced here are just the tip of the iceberg. As with any form of development the learning does not stop here.

By completing the March into Coaching module you will have developed an understanding of:

• Your role as a coach
• Meeting the needs of your marchers
• Being inclusive and fair
• Effective communication
• Games for understanding
• Running a training session
• Planning.

Hopefully you will have been prompted to think about the procedures you have in place to ensure your marchers have a productive and enjoyable environment.

It will be of limited use to end your learning here. As a coach you need to be able to apply these ideas in your coaching practice.
